Where do I begin! I can not say thank you enough to Donna DeRosa for helping me through the process of selling my Grandmothers home! It was a very emotional process for my children and I but she was absolutely amazing from the very start!! Her communication, organization, and attention to the small details of things was so appreciated. Going through this process is nothing less of stressful and especially doing it for the first time. I had many questions and unsure of things but Donna helped me every step of the way. Again, thank you so much for your guidance and all the work you put into making this happen for me. I’m so grateful to have you on my side and look forward to the next part of our journey!! For those looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Donna DeRosa be your first and only choice! We had a tough situation of selling a house while trying to purchase another home suited for our specific needs going forward. This all had to happen somewhat simultaneously and we thought it would be a very stressful situation. Donna took all that stress off our plates and was so patient and understanding that she actually made it a wonderful time for us. Worked tirelessly on our behalf and showed us many options until we found our forever home all within our budget. Cannot say enough good things about our experience!!!

Donna could not have been more accommodating and helpful through our home-hunting process. She listens carefully and searched for properties to our specifications. Searching from another state added an extra layer of stress, but Donna went above and beyond to make the process so manageable. Her patience, professionalism, and knowledge about house-hunting led us to finding our home and our relocation to MA seamless. I can't imagine what this experience would have been like without Donna.

Donna was so great helping us find our first home. We were first time home buyers and really didn’t know how anything worked but Donna walked us through everything. She is super knowledgeable about not just the home buying process but also the mortgage process as she has previous experience in the mortgage industry. We would use Donna again in a heartbeat and we could not recommend her more. Especially if you are a first time home buyer.
